5.1 Sharing your personal data with Gamesys Group Limited
Your Personal Data will be disclosed to companies within the Gamesys Group in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws and the terms of this privacy policy, for the purposes set out in section 4 above (e.g. to provide you with customer support services, to manage any risks to our Website and to our business, to comply with any applicable legal and regulatory obligations, etc.).
In addition, we use Personal Data in relation to the customers of the Website for the following purposes:

5.3 Sharing your personal data with statutory authorities
We will share your Personal Data (including Special Categories of Personal Data) when it is required by applicable law in the following cases:

The Gamesys Group may transfer all your Personal Data to a third party if the operator of the Website changes, or if there is a sale of all or any part of its respective business or its assets. Keeping your personal data safe
What we do to keep your Personal Data safe:
We have appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Where appropriate, we employ encryption, pseudonymisation and anonymisation solutions to reduce the impact of any security incident to Personal Data. Although, the nature of the internet means that transmission of information may not be totally secured, we have deployed end to end encryption security measures to protect the transmission of your Personal Data when you use our Website.
In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions or otherwise in compliance with applicable laws, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Where we transfer your Personal Data
We primarily store and process our Member Account data within the UK and European Economic Area (“EEA”).

· If we use third parties service providers located outside of the UK and/or EEA; or

To operate our Website, we may use third party service providers which are based outside the UK and/or EEA, so their processing of your Personal Data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK and/or EEA.

6 Data Retention
We will not keep your Personal Data for longer than required. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and what the law requires us to do.
When we no longer need to keep your Personal Data, we anonymise it securely and this process cannot be reversed. In certain cases, we need to securely retain certain Personal Data to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements, responsible gaming requirements and the requirements of the Gambling Commission in the UK and the Gibraltar Gambling Commission to which we are subject as a gambling operator.
Additionally, where we decide to retain your information for analytics purposes, we will fully anonymise it in accordance with applicable security standards, so it can never be linked back to an individual.

We may need to request specific Personal Data from you from time to time to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
